Free PSTAR practice Regulations – Canadian Airspace

ADIZ rules normally apply

  1. Aonly to aircraft flying above 12,500 feet.
  2. Bonly to aircraft flying at true airspeeds of 180 kt or more.
  3. Conly to all southbound aircraft.
  4. Dto all aircraft.Correct answer

Why this is the answer

An Air Defence Identification Zone is a security measure, so CAR 602.145 applies its identification and reporting rules to all aircraft operating in or entering the ADIZ — not just high, fast or southbound traffic. The airspeed and altitude limits in the other options are inventions.
