VFR flight within Class B airspace is permitted
Why this is the answer
VFR flight in Class B airspace is permitted only in accordance with an ATC clearance, since all aircraft there are subject to ATC clearances and instructions (CARs 601.07; TC AIM-RAC 2.8.2). No special pilot endorsement exists for it.
