Free PSTAR practice Controlled Airspace

An aircraft flying in accordance with Special VFR would be flying within

  1. Aa Control Zone.Correct answer
  2. Ban Aerodrome Traffic Zone.
  3. Ca Terminal Control Area.
  4. Dan airway.

Why this is the answer

Special VFR exists only inside a control zone — it is the mechanism that lets ATC authorize VFR flight there when weather is below normal VFR minima (CAR 602.117; TC AIM-RAC). It does not apply to TCAs, airways, or aerodrome traffic zones generally.
