Why this is the answer
Per the TC AIM call-sign procedure, initial contact uses the aircraft type or manufacturer plus the last four letters of the registration; for C-GFLU that is “Golf-Foxtrot-Lima-Uniform.” The leading “C” nationality letter is dropped.
