When a clearance for an “immediate take-off” is accepted, the pilot shall

  1. Aback-track on the runway to use the maximum available length for take-off.
  2. Btaxi to a full stop in position on the runway and take off without further clearance.
  3. Ctaxi onto the runway and take off in one continuous movement.Correct answer
  4. Dcomplete the pre-take-off check before taxiing onto the runway and taking off.

Why this is the answer

Per the TC AIM, accepting an “immediate take-off” means taxiing onto the runway and taking off in one continuous movement; if not ready to do that, the pilot must decline rather than stop and hold in position.
