When two aircraft are converging at approximately the same altitude, which statement applies?
Why this is the answer
Per CAR 602.19(2)(a), a helicopter is a power-driven heavier-than-air aircraft, so it must give way to gliders (and to airships and balloons). The engineless glider is less able to manoeuvre.
