A helicopter in forward flight produces hazardous vortices
Why this is the answer
Per TC AIM-AIR (Wake Turbulence), a helicopter in forward flight sheds a pair of high-velocity trailing vortices similar to the wing-tip vortices of a fixed-wing aircraft. They trail behind and to the sides, not ahead of or above the helicopter.
