Any pilot who has had a general anaesthetic should not act as a flight crew member
Why this is the answer
Per TC AIM-AIR (Anaesthetics), after a general anaesthetic a pilot should not fly until a doctor confirms it is safe — recovery and side-effect risk vary too much to set a fixed interval. The fixed-hour options do not capture this medical judgment requirement.
